You set up your company indicating all relevant data for the use in manuals and the processes linked to them. The use of profiles allows DocGen to generate manuals, the extent of which covers exactly your company's activities, equipment and organisational realities.
The manuals corresponding to your company's profile are generated from linked master documents with predefined content. NGFT constantly monitors and modifies these master documents' accoringly if needed, e.g. with changes from the aviation safety agency. When new master templates are made available, you choose whether you'd like to "recreate" your document drafts with the latest content.
