Your company-specific documents are always based on a NGFT master template with an unique revision number. In your documents overview the column "Base" shows this relation. The column "Latest" tells the revision number of the most actual NGFT master template available.
As soon as a newer NGFT master tempate with a higher revision number is made available, the status of your manuals changes to "changes available" and the revision number in the column "Lastest" is higher compared to "Base".
You may now use the action "Recreate" to create a new draft, which will contain the changes from the mostb actual master document. Only the company-specific chapters you have edited by using the "Customize" button or you have added yourself are not being updated by this process.
